Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of guest rooms and public areas, ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment for all visitors. Previous experience in cleaning, hotel housekeeping, or custodial work is highly preferred but not mandatory, as training will be provided. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic hospitality setting where attention to detail and excellent service are valued.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service guest rooms according to established standards, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies
• Perform floor care duties such as mopping and carpet cleaning to maintain a pristine environment
• Ensure all public areas, hallways, and lobbies are tidy and well-maintained
• Handle laundry duties including washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly
• Adhere to health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment
• Follow proper cleaning procedures using appropriate cleaning agents and equipment
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when supplies need replenishing

Qualifications

• Prior experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or hospitality is preferred but not required
• Knowledge of floor care techniques and industrial cleaning methods is a plus
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently and independently
• Excellent organizational skills and reliability
• Ability to handle physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude toward guest service
• Experience in housekeeper management or custodial experience is advantageous but not necessary

Pay: $10.75 - $11.75 per hour
