We are seeking a dedicated Hotel Front Desk Clerk to join our team at Microtel Inn & Suites. Located in the heart of the city, this role is vital in ensuring our guests receive exceptional service and support throughout their stay.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check-in guests with a friendly demeanor.
• Manage reservations and handle guest inquiries efficiently.
• Provide information about hotel services and local attractions.
• Process guest payments and maintain accurate records.
• Assist with night audits and ensure all financial transactions are balanced.
• Address guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Uphold hotel policies and procedures to maintain a safe environment.
• Proven experience in customer service or hotel front desk operations.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
• Familiarity with hotel management software is an advantage.
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• A friendly attitude with a passion for helping others.
