- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with enthusiasm and a solutions-oriented mindset to ensure satisfaction.
- Conduct nightly audits of hotel accounts, reservations, and billing to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain security protocols by monitoring CCTV surveillance, conducting safety inspections, and controlling access to the property during overnight shifts.
- Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and financial summaries to support operational continuity.
- Assist with reservations, room assignments, and guest services to enhance overall guest experience in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hotel management or front desk operations within a resort or hospitality setting.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly valued.
- Knowledge of night audit procedures, hotel management systems, and multi-line phone systems.
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to foster positive guest relations.
