Bakken Airport XWA Hotel is looking for a friendly and reliable Front Desk Agent / Night Auditor to join our team. No hotel experience is required—we are willing to train the right person!
What You'll Do
- Welcome and assist hotel guests.
- Check guests in and out.
- Answer phone calls and assist with reservations.
- Handle guest questions and requests.
- Process payments and maintain accurate records.
- Run simple end-of-day reports during overnight shifts.
- Help keep the front desk area clean and organized.
- Work with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
What We're Looking For
- Positive attitude and strong customer service skills.
- Reliable and dependable.
- Comfortable using a computer and learning new systems.
- Able to work independently.
- Willing to work evenings, overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Hotel experience is a plus but not required.
