The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and conducting night audit duties. *Responsibilities* - Greet guests and efficiently check them in and out - Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services - Manage reservations and cancellations - Operate phone systems and assist with guest requests - Conduct night audit procedures to ensure accuracy in financial transactions - Maintain a clean and organized front desk area - Assist with guest relations and resolve any issues or complaints *Skills* - Experience in night audit procedures within a hotel setting - Proficiency in hospitality management practices - Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction - Knowledge of front desk operations and procedures - Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members - Multilingual abilities are a plus for interacting with diverse guests - Familiarity with phone systems and proper phone etiquette - Bilingual proficiency is an advantage for engaging with international guests
