Analyze and coordinate development of a scalable and effective technical strategy to support the rhythm of the business and organizational goals. Create and evaluate reports, dashboards, tabular models, and analytical insights to drive efficiency and business solutions. Articulate project goals and scope, translate business needs into technical terms, establish key performance indicators, and manage the lifecycle of dynamic projects. Plan, initiate, and manage information technology (IT) projects. Serve as a liaison between business and technical aspects of projects. Plan project stages and assess business implications for each stage. Ensure deadlines, standards, and cost targets are met. Manage project implementation, which may include resource allocation, progress tracking, change control, testing, documentation, and training of technical development and product planning teams.
Minimum Requirements
Education: Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering/Management, or a related field. Experience: 24 months of experience (with Master's degree) in any engineering-related or technical program management occupation. Alternatively, will accept a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in same fields and 60 months of experience in any engineering-related or technical program management occupation. Requires 24 months with Master's or 60 months with Bachelor's of experience in each of the following:• Technical project management and program planning;• Monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) and preparing KPI reports on a regular basis;• Visualization tools: PowerBI or Tableau;• Creating dashboards using PowerBI; • Risk management and risk mitigation strategies;• Change order management;• Cross-functional collaboration with Product Mangers, Engineering, or Quality Assurance on project planning;• Collaborating with stakeholders on schedules and budgets;• Managing project schedule and budget with SmartSheet;• Delivering complex projects on time and within budget;• Driving process improvements, initiatives, and workflows;• Analyzing new project scope, schedule, resource allocation, and timelines;• Reporting on project status to key stakeholders, leadership, or strategic partners; and• Analyzing data to identify industry trends and recommend innovative solutions. The offered base pay range for this specific position (ODP10025203192390), in Palmetto, GA, is $136,900.00- $166,900.00 per year.
Microsoft has different base pay ranges for different work locations within the United States, which allows us to pay employees competitively and consistently in different geographic markets. Individual base pay depend on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time.
At Microsoft certain roles are eligible for additional reward, including merits increases, annual bonus, and stock. These awards are allocated based on individual performance. In addition, certain roles also have the opportunity to earn sales incentives on revenue or utilization, depending on the terms of the plan and the employer’s role.
