Leverage reports, dashboards, tabular models and analytical insights to drive business success. Initiates, leads, and performs in-depth analysis and designs/delivers recommendations, repeatable data compilations, dashboards, and process automation to support & enable complex business problems. Support in landing quota distribution that maximizes business performance through enabling data- driven insights to identify trends, track sales performance, and provide recommendations for improving sales productivity and revenue growth. Build engines to generate predictive analytics capabilities, process automation, and data insights for Field sellers, managers, and leadership to understand actionable insights and how to best use it to achieve measurable results. Interpret complex business requirements, translating them into analytical problems and delivering high value insights and information. Integrate and work with Americas field teams, Americas Finance, Americas Leadership, and Worldwide teams to prioritize business and information needs aligned to field businesses and execution. Interpret data, analyze results, and deliver end-to-end deep data analysis/trends to “light up” actionable strategic insights related to Quota & Microsoft Business Applications businesses & their impact across the Microsoft business. Utilize/deliver standardized tools, reporting, & capabilities which enable speed, efficiency, and scale in the business to accelerate the standardized sales operations. Locate and define new process improvement opportunities and solve for root cause issues, including filtering and “cleaning” data by reviewing reports and performance indicators to locate and correct problems. Modernize Sales Operations by driving local adoption of the Global Sales Operations Center (GSOC) services and promoting its adoption and utilization throughout the organization. Lead standardization of processes and adoption of tools to enhance sales productivity and accelerate transformation.
Minimum Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Intelligence, Information Technology or a related field.
Experience: 48 months in any occupation in which experience in designing technical sales solutions and business processes was gained.
This position requires 36 months of experience in each of the following: Big Data Analytics; Azure Synapse Analytics or Azure Analysis Services; ETL and data management, Azure Databricks or Azure SQL; Design, implementation, and consulting experience in sales applications or infrastructure; Large data systems on T-SQL; and Predictive analytics experience using Azure ML; and 24 months of experience in: AI experience using Azure cognitive services. Pay Range and Benefits Information
The offered base pay range for this specific position (ODP10025258308771), in Redmond, WA, is $161,138.00 - $191,138.00 per year.
Microsoft has different base pay ranges for different work locations within the United States, which allows us to pay employees competitively and consistently in different geographic markets. Individual base pay depend on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time.
At Microsoft certain roles are eligible for additional reward, including merits increases, annual bonus, and stock. These awards are allocated based on individual performance. In addition, certain roles also have the opportunity to earn sales incentives on revenue or utilization, depending on the terms of the plan and the employer’s role.
