Develop a scalable and effective technical strategy to support the rhythm of the business and organizational goals. Create and evaluate reports, dashboards, tabular models, and analytical insights to drive efficiency and business solutions. Articulate project goals and scope, translate business needs into technical terms, establish key performance indicators, and manage the lifecycle of dynamic projects. Conduct organizational studies and evaluations, design systems and procedures, conduct work simplification and measurement studies, and prepare operations and procedures manuals to assist management in operating more efficiently and effectively. Requires domestic and international travel up to 25%. Telecommuting permitted less than 50% per week within same geographic location as assigned Microsoft office location.
Minimum Requirements
-Education: Master’s or foreign equivalent degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Analysis, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
-Experience: 24 months of supply chain experience in new product introduction, supply planning and forecasting, or channel operations management.
-Specific Skills: Must include 24 months of experience in each of the following: Lean Methodology; Project Management; Operations Management; Data Analysis and Power BI; Supply Chain Management; Product Lifecycle Management; and Risk Management.
-Requires domestic and international travel up to 25%.
-Telecommuting permitted less than 50% per week within same geographic location as assigned Microsoft office location.

Pay Range and Benefits Information
The offered base pay range for this specific position (EG10301365b), in Austin, TX, is $134,796 to $164,796 per year.
Microsoft has different base pay ranges for different work locations within the United States, which allows us to pay employees competitively and consistently in different geographic markets. Individual base pay depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time.
At Microsoft certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, annual bonus, and stock. These awards are allocated based on individual performance. In addition, certain roles also have the opportunity to earn sales incentives based on revenue or utilization, depending on the terms of the plan and the employee’s role. Benefits/perks listed may vary depending on the nature of employment with Microsoft and the country work location.
