Job Duties

Microsoft Corporation has the following job opportunity: May collect and analyze data in order to assess the time, money, materials, and labor required to execute daily aspects of site construction. Monitor the project lifecycle of data center construction, facilities upgrades, communication site construction, or wireless telecommunications systems construction. Develop detailed scope of work documentation, which may include the review of production schedules, engineering specifications, process flows, and troubleshoot issues to avoid delays or escalations. Apply quality, safety, and regulatory assurance measures. Develop contingency plans to ensure the uninterrupted delivery of integrated solutions. Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure external conditions, such as human work factors, quality control, inventory control, logistics, and material flow, cost analysis, and production coordination do not disrupt the project plan. Implement visible, measurable, and repeatable processes that mitigate risk throughout the project life cycle. Provide support for related infrastructure projects and systems, which may include the designation, acquisition, distribution, and allocation of materials, supplies, land surveyance, and related products.

Minimum Requirements

Education: Master’s or foreign equivalent in Construction Management, Construction Engineering; Manufacturing; Civil Engineering; Logistics; Supply Chain; Industrial Engineering, or a related field

 

Experince: 12 months of experience in the job offered or in related occupation.

 

Requires 12 months of experience in each of the following: Sporting Facility and Infrastructure Estimating; Utilities estimating; Military base estimating; Building Envelope estimating; and Supply Chain Management for commercial, government, public, businesses, schools, hospitals, hospitality, and tech building.

Pay Range and Benefits Information

The offered base pay range for this specific position (ODP10025093829707), in East Wenatchee, WA, is $172,100.00 - $202,100.00 per year.

 

Microsoft has different base pay ranges for different work locations within the United States, which allows us to pay employees competitively and consistently in different geographic markets. Individual base pay depend on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time.

 

At Microsoft certain roles are eligible for additional reward, including merits increases, annual bonus, and stock. These awards are allocated based on individual performance. In addition, certain roles also have the opportunity to earn sales incentives on revenue or utilization, depending on the terms of the plan and the employer’s role.
