Develop a scalable and effective technical strategy to support the rhythm of the business and organizational goals. Create and evaluate reports, dashboards, tabular models, and analytical insights to drive efficiency and business solutions. Articulate project goals and scope, translate business needs into technical terms, establish key performance indicators, and manage the lifecycle of dynamic projects. Produce business intelligence (BI) by querying data repositories and generating periodic reports. Devise methods for identifying data patterns and trends in available information sources. Deliver data-driven insights and measure future outcomes against business strategy, requirements, and deliverables. Create high quality business requirement documents and partner with cross functional teams regarding BI solutions. Partner with stakeholders to ensure delivery and integration of BI data, which is necessary for reporting capabilities consistent with project roadmap or strategic business plans as well as resolution of issues that may impact productivity, budget, economic, and market position. Telecommuting permitted 50% or more, but less than 100% per week within same geographic location as assigned Microsoft office location.
Minimum Requirements
-Education: Master’s or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
-Experience: 24 months software-related, centralized, and coordinated program, product, or project management experience.
-Specific Skills: This position requires 24 months of experience in each of the following: ETL; SQL or T-SQL; Statistics for Data Science; Predictive Modeling and Forecasting; Machine Learning; Python; and Power BI.
-Telecommuting permitted 50% or more, but less than 100% per week within same geographic location as assigned Microsoft office location.

Pay Range and Benefits Information
The offered base pay range for this specific position (EG10670192), in Redmond, WA, is $173,700 to $203,700 per year.
Microsoft has different base pay ranges for different work locations within the United States, which allows us to pay employees competitively and consistently in different geographic markets. Individual base pay depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time.
At Microsoft certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, annual bonus, and stock. These awards are allocated based on individual performance. In addition, certain roles also have the opportunity to earn sales incentives based on revenue or utilization, depending on the terms of the plan and the employee’s role. Benefits/perks listed may vary depending on the nature of employment with Microsoft and the country work location. U.S.-based employees have access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan and company match, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, and wellbeing benefits, among others.
