Job Description
As the Superintendent - Ground-Up Retail Construction, you will report into senior operations leadership and take full ownership of on-site execution across multiple projects. You will be responsible for driving schedule, safety, and quality on fast-paced builds.
- Manage all on-site construction activities from mobilization to closeout
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and site logistics across multiple locations
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget
- Enforce safety standards and maintain compliance with all regulations
- Track progress, manage schedules, and proactively resolve delays/issues
- Conduct site meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Maintain quality control and ensure work meets project specifications

The Successful Applicant
For the Superintendent - Ground-Up Retail Construction we are seeking:
- Proven experience as a Superintendent on ground-up commercial projects
- Strong background delivering retail, grocery, or fuel station builds preferred
- Ability to manage multiple fast-paced projects with regional travel
- Solid understanding of construction scheduling and site coordination
- Strong leadership and communication skills with subcontractors and clients
- Knowledge of safety regulations and field best practices
- Willingness to travel across the Southeast (Georgia base preferred but not required)
- Competitive base salary: $120,000
- Truck allowance (~$500/month) fuel covered
- Consistent project pipeline with a reputable contractor
