- Maintain strong focus on safety, quality, and compliance
- Coordinate with project managers, clients, and national retail stakeholders
- Resolve field issues proactively to keep projects on track
- Lead all site reporting, inspections, and closeout processes
The Successful Applicant
- 5 years of Superintendent experience in commercial construction
- Strong background in big box retail (e.g., Walmart, Costco, Home Depot, etc.)
- Experience with ground-up builds and large-scale remodels/rollouts
- Proven ability to travel extensively and manage projects across multiple locations
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
