Job Description
- Oversee all aspects of light industrial construction projects, ensuring timely and on-budget completion.
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor job site safety, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and standards.
- Review and interpret project plans, blueprints, and specifications to ensure accuracy and adherence to client requirements.
- Manage and resolve any on-site issues that arise during the construction process.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and progress tracking.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare and present project updates and reports to management and clients as required.
