Job Description
- Plan, execute, and finalize light industrial construction projects according to strict deadlines and budgets.
- Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Monitor project performance, identifying and mitigating risks as needed.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards.
- Communicate project updates and progress to clients and stakeholders.
- Proactively resolve any issues or challenges that arise during construction.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and records for reporting purposes.
