Job Description
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of light industrial construction projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and on-site personnel to ensure efficient workflow.
- Conduct regular site inspections to maintain safety standards and quality control.
- Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders to provide updates and address challenges.
- Ensure that all work complies with local building codes, regulations, and safety requirements.
- Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including schedules, progress reports, and change orders.
