Job Description

As the Superintendent, you will be responsible for delivering ground-up industrial projects safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards while reporting directly to senior construction leadership.

• Oversee daily on-site operations for ground-up tilt-wall industrial projects
• Manage subcontractors, schedules, and site logistics from mobilization to close-out
• Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with all regulations
• Coordinate inspections, quality control, and project milestones
• Work closely with Project Managers to track progress and resolve issues
• Lead site meetings and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders
• Drive productivity while protecting schedule and budget outcomes

The Successful Applicant

For The Superintendent Role, We Are Seeking

• Proven experience as a Superintendent on ground-up industrial or tilt-wall projects
• Strong knowledge of concrete, tilt-wall, and structural systems
• Ability to lead subcontractors and field teams effectively
• Experience with construction scheduling and reporting tools
• Strong understanding of safety, quality, and site logistics
• Hands-on, solutions-oriented leadership style
