Job Description
As the Superintendent, you will be responsible for delivering ground-up industrial projects safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards while reporting directly to senior construction leadership.
- Oversee daily on-site operations for ground-up tilt-wall industrial projects
- Manage subcontractors, schedules, and site logistics from mobilization to close-out
- Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with all regulations
- Coordinate inspections, quality control, and project milestones
- Work closely with Project Managers to track progress and resolve issues
- Lead site meetings and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders
- Drive productivity while protecting schedule and budget outcomes

- Strong knowledge of concrete, tilt-wall, and structural systems
- Ability to lead subcontractors and field teams effectively
- Experience with construction scheduling and reporting tools
- Strong understanding of safety, quality, and site logistics
- Hands-on, solutions-oriented leadership style
- Salary: $100,000-$120,000 base
