Job Description

As the Project Manager, you will oversee ground‑up light industrial projects and collaborate closely with senior leadership to ensure on‑time, on-budget delivery.

• Manage all phases of construction from pre‑construction through closeout
• Lead project scheduling, budgeting, and financial reporting
• Oversee subcontractor selection, contract negotiation, and performance
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and quality expectations
• Facilitate weekly site meetings and project communication plans
• Partner with field teams to drive schedule and resolve site issues
• Maintain strong client relationships throughout project lifecycle

The Successful Applicant

For the Project Manager - Light Industrial role, we are seeking:

• 5 years experience managing ground‑up projects
• Proven background in light industrial, manufacturing, warehouse, or tilt‑wall construction
• Strong scheduling, budgeting, and organizational skills
• Ability to lead teams and influence outcomes in a fast‑paced environment
• Proficiency with construction management software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, etc.)
• Excellent communication and client‑facing abilities
