Job Description
As the Project Manager, you will oversee ground‑up light industrial projects and collaborate closely with senior leadership to ensure on‑time, on-budget delivery.
- Manage all phases of construction from pre‑construction through closeout
- Lead project scheduling, budgeting, and financial reporting
- Oversee subcontractor selection, contract negotiation, and performance
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and quality expectations
- Facilitate weekly site meetings and project communication plans
- Partner with field teams to drive schedule and resolve site issues
- Maintain strong client relationships throughout project lifecycle

The Successful Applicant
For the Project Manager - Light Industrial role, we are seeking:
- 5 years experience managing ground‑up projects
- Proven background in light industrial, manufacturing, warehouse, or tilt‑wall construction
- Strong scheduling, budgeting, and organizational skills
- Ability to lead teams and influence outcomes in a fast‑paced environment
- Proficiency with construction management software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, etc.)
- Excellent communication and client‑facing abilities
- $110,000 - $130,000 base salary
