Job Description

• Manage all phases of construction projects from preconstruction coordination through closeout.
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, procurement, subcontractor performance, and quality control.
• Lead site coordination, safety enforcement, and daily communication with field teams.
• Build strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and trade partners.
• Ensure timely project delivery while upholding Buildline's standards of quality and professionalism.
• Identify potential issues early and implement solutions to maintain schedule and cost targets.

• Proven project management experience across ground‑up warehouse, industrial, educational, and TI construction.
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, subcontractor coordination, and budget tracking.
• Excellent communicator with strong leadership and problem‑solving abilities.
• Highly organized, proactive, and capable of driving accountability across project teams.
• Skilled at fostering client trust and representing the company with professionalism.
