Job Description
- Manage all phases of construction projects from preconstruction coordination through closeout.
- Oversee project schedules, budgets, procurement, subcontractor performance, and quality control.
- Lead site coordination, safety enforcement, and daily communication with field teams.
- Build strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and trade partners.
- Ensure timely project delivery while upholding Buildline's standards of quality and professionalism.
- Identify potential issues early and implement solutions to maintain schedule and cost targets.
- Proven project management experience across ground‑up warehouse, industrial, educational, and TI construction.
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing, subcontractor coordination, and budget tracking.
- Excellent communicator with strong leadership and problem‑solving abilities.
- Highly organized, proactive, and capable of driving accountability across project teams.
- Skilled at fostering client trust and representing the company with professionalism.
