Job Description
- Lead ground‑up commercial projects, including light industrial and big‑box retail construction
- Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and subcontractor management
- Collaborate closely with Superintendents to ensure field performance aligns with project goals
- Maintain consistent communication with owners, architects, engineers, and internal teams
- Ensure projects meet quality, safety, and schedule expectations
- Travel across the Southeast to manage active job sites as needed
- Support preconstruction efforts with logistics planning, value engineering, and cost insight
