Description
As the Superintendent, you will play a key leadership role on-site, working closely with project leadership to ensure safe, efficient, and high‑quality project delivery.
- Oversee day‑to‑day site operations for large‑scale ground‑up projects ($25M-$50M typical size)
- Direct subcontractors, schedule sequencing, and ensure work is delivered to specification
- Uphold a strong safety culture and lead all on‑site compliance processes
- Collaborate with Project Managers to maintain budgets, timelines, and quality standards
- Conduct daily reports, progress documentation, and client interface as needed
- Resolve field issues promptly to maintain workflow and project momentum
- Represent the contractor's values of professionalism, integrity, and teamwork on every jobsite
Profile
- Experience running ground‑up projects in Light Industrial / Big Box, Healthcare, or Higher Education sectors
- Strong track record overseeing subcontractors, scheduling, and field coordination
- Proven commitment to jobsite safety and quality control
- Ability to travel nationally based on project needs (lodging and meals reimbursed at GSA per diem)
- Effective communicator with strong leadership and problem‑solving skills
- Proficiency in construction documentation and site management tools

- Base Salary: $120,000 - $150,000
