- Typical project values range from $3M to $15M
- Oversee day-to-day field operations from project start through completion
- Coordinate subcontractors, self-perform crews, vendors, inspections, and scheduling activities
- Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to company quality standards
- Lead site meetings and maintain strong communication with Project Managers, clients, and subcontractors
- Manage multiple trades and moving parts within compressed project schedules
- Proactively identify and solve field issues in real time
- Maintain jobsite safety, cleanliness, and organization
- Drive project momentum while maintaining strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
The Successful Applicant
- 7 years of Superintendent experience within commercial construction
- Ground-up commercial construction experience required
- Ability to manage fast-paced projects with compressed schedules
- Strong understanding of site work, utilities, concrete, and field coordination preferred
- Experience managing multiple subcontractors and trades simultaneously
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Stable career history demonstrating reliability and long-term commitment
