Job Description

• Own product and process quality across internal and supplier manufacturing activities
• Lead CAPA, nonconformance, and corrective action efforts to closure
• Support ISO 9001 compliance through internal audits and documentation
• Partner with suppliers on corrective actions, PCNs, and quality improvements
• Collaborate with failure analysis and reliability teams on investigations
• Perform hands‑on electrical and physical measurements as needed

The Successful Applicant

A Successful Senior Quality Engineer Should Have

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical preferred)
• 5-8 years of Quality Engineering experience in semiconductor or electronics manufacturing
• Strong working knowledge of ISO 9001 quality systems
• Experience with CAPA, supplier corrective actions, and audits
• Background with small, precision components and high‑reliability products
• Stable career history with reputable engineering‑driven organizations
