Job Description
- Own product and process quality across internal and supplier manufacturing activities
- Lead CAPA, nonconformance, and corrective action efforts to closure
- Support ISO 9001 compliance through internal audits and documentation
- Partner with suppliers on corrective actions, PCNs, and quality improvements
- Collaborate with failure analysis and reliability teams on investigations
- Perform hands‑on electrical and physical measurements as needed

A Successful Senior Quality Engineer Should Have
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical preferred)
- 5-8 years of Quality Engineering experience in semiconductor or electronics manufacturing
- Strong working knowledge of ISO 9001 quality systems
- Experience with CAPA, supplier corrective actions, and audits
- Background with small, precision components and high‑reliability products
- Stable career history with reputable engineering‑driven organizations
