Job Description
- Oversee preparation and review of U.S. federal corporate income tax returns (Form 1120)
- Manage compliance for partnership tax filings (Form 1065) including complex, multi‑tiered structures
- Lead international tax compliance, including foreign disclosures, reporting requirements, and coordination with global finance teams
- Review quarterly and annual income tax provisions and support ASC 740 analysis
- Assist with tax planning initiatives, including restructuring, cross‑border transactions, and process optimization
- Maintain strong documentation, audit readiness, and respond to federal/state/international tax inquiries
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external advisors to ensure accurate and timely filings
- Monitor legislative and regulatory tax developments impacting the organization

The Successful Applicant
A Successful Tax Manager Should Have
- 4 years of relevant tax experience, preferably in public accounting and/or in-house with a financial services or technology company
- Strong technical knowledge of:
- U.S. federal corporate taxation
- Partnership taxation
- International tax concepts and reporting
- Experience with ASC 740 preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or Master's in Taxation strongly preferred
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret and apply complex tax regulations
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across global business units
- Highly detail‑oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple deadlines
- Competitive base salary between $140,000 and $180,000 USD, based on experience.
