Job Description
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for customer and internal quality issues
- Support and improve the Quality Management System within a manufacturing environment
- Partner cross‑functionally to drive continuous improvement and risk reduction
- Lead internal audits and support external and customer audits
- Develop metrics to identify trends and improvement opportunities
- Support new product introductions, change management, and validations

The Successful Applicant
A Successful Sr Quality Engineer Should Have
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering required
- 5 years of experience in manufacturing quality roles
- Strong background in root cause analysis and corrective action methodologies
- Experience working within an ISO 9001 (or equivalent) quality system
- Comfortable working on the shop floor and with operations teams
- Strong communication skills and customer‑facing capability
- Competitive base salary ranging from $110,000 to $130,000 USD.
