Job Description

The Superintendent will:

• Lead day-to-day field operations on commercial construction projects
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel
• Develop and maintain project schedules and sequencing
• Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance on-site
• Conduct regular site meetings and progress updates
• Maintain quality control and ensure work meets specifications
• Collaborate closely with Project Managers and internal teams
• Identify and proactively resolve field issues

The Successful Applicant

The Successful Superintendent Candidate Will Have

• 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction
• Proven experience managing ground-up and/or large renovation projects
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, and safety protocols
• Ability to lead teams and build strong relationships on-site
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with construction management software is a plus
