Job Description
The Assistant Superintendent will:
- Assist in daily on-site construction supervision
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and site logistics
- Monitor project schedules and help drive milestones
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards
- Support quality control and inspection processes
- Maintain project documentation, reports, and logs
- Help resolve field issues in collaboration with project leadership
The Successful Applicant
- 2 years of experience in commercial construction (field role preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred but not required)
- Strong understanding of construction processes and jobsite coordination
- Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- OSHA certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Base salary of $80,000 - $95,000, depending on experience
- Performance based Bonus potential
