Job Description
- Manage daily site operations and ensure adherence to project schedules and budgets.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to maintain project progress.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements on-site.
- Monitor and inspect construction activities to maintain high-quality standards.
- Resolve on-site issues and provide solutions to keep projects moving forward.
- Communicate project updates to stakeholders and maintain accurate documentation.
- Lead site meetings and foster collaboration among team members.
- Oversee resource allocation to maximize efficiency and productivity.

A successful Superintendent - Lab Construction should have:
