Job Description

• Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and trades to keep communication aligned and resolve issues quickly.
• Coordinate subcontractors, enforce schedules, and ensure all work meets quality standards.
• Oversee logistics, inspections, and report progress to executive stakeholders.
• Lead daily field operations for a ground‑up data center build.
• Maintain a strong commitment to site safety, compliance, and project timelines.
• Identify and mitigate risks proactively to prevent delays and maintain project continuity.

The Successful Applicant

• 5 years of experience as a Superintendent, including large-scale commercial or data center projects
• Proven ability to lead field operations on complex, high-value projects
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Comfortable with travel and long-term assignments
• Committed to safety, schedule, and quality on-site
• RELEVANT EXPERIENCE WITH A GENERAL CONTRACTOR REQUIRED
