Job Description

• Lead daily field operations for a data center project
• Coordinate subcontractors, enforce schedules, and ensure quality standards
• Maintain a strong commitment to site safety, compliance, and project timelines
• Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and trades
• Oversee logistics, inspections, and reporting on progress to executive stakeholders

The Successful Applicant

• 5 years of experience as a Superintendent, including large-scale commercial or data center builds
• Proven ability to lead field operations on complex, high-value projects
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Comfortable with travel and long-term assignments
• Committed to safety, schedule, and quality on-site
• Candidates from reputable subcontractors encouraged
