Job Description
- Oversee the complete lifecycle of construction projects from initiation through closeout.
- Lead and coordinate construction teams to ensure work progresses on schedule and remains within budget.
- Enforce all on‑site safety standards and monitor compliance throughout the project.
- Partner with project managers, engineers, and architects to maintain alignment across all disciplines.
- Address project challenges or delays quickly to keep work moving efficiently.
- Perform regular quality assurance inspections to ensure workmanship meets required standards.
The Successful Applicant
- Strong knowledge of construction practices, materials, codes, and industry regulations.
- Skilled in reading and interpreting architectural and engineering plans.
