- Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, site logistics, and interior trade sequencing.
- Enforce safety standards, quality control, and clean, professional jobsites.
- Maintain daily reports, coordinate inspections, and drive punchlist completion.
- Work closely with Project Managers to proactively resolve issues and maintain momentum.
Profile
A successful Superintendent should have:
- Proven experience supervising commercial interior construction projects.
