Job Description
- Oversee daily onsite operations for retail and restaurant interior construction projects.
- Manage subcontractors, coordinate tight schedules, and drive projects toward on‑time openings.
- Maintain safety, quality, cleanliness, and efficient site logistics.
- Track progress through daily reports, inspections, and punchlists.
- Collaborate closely with Project Managers, designers, and ownership teams to resolve issues quickly and keep projects moving.

A Successful Superintendent Should Have
- Proven experience supervising commercial retail and/or restaurant interior projects.
- Strong understanding of fast‑track construction, finishes, millwork, MEP coordination, and inspections.
- Confident leader with excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
- Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple trades under tight deadlines.
- Professional, detail‑oriented, and proud of running clean, efficient jobsites.
