Description
Our Superintendent will:
- Oversee daily on-site operations for commercial construction projects
- Manage subcontractor coordination, sequencing, and site logistics
- Develop and maintain project schedules in collaboration with Project Managers
- Enforce safety standards and maintain a safe job site environment
- Conduct quality control inspections and ensure adherence to project specifications
- Lead subcontractor meetings and coordinate inspections
- Identify and resolve field issues proactively to avoid delays
- Communicate regularly with Project Managers, clients, and stakeholders
- Ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within scope
Profile
The ideal Superintendent will:
- 5-15 years of experience in commercial construction with a General Contractor
- Strong background in hospitality, interiors, retail, or mixed-use projects
- Proven ability to manage schedules, subcontractors, and field operations
- Strong knowledge of construction sequencing and safety standards
- Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills
