Job Description

• Serve as the Structural Superintendent on upcoming 28‑story mixed‑use project, the largest in company history
• Lead field operations for large‑scale structural and ground‑up construction
• Oversee subcontractors, scheduling, inspections, safety, and structural coordination
• Represent the company on‑site with a customer‑centric approach
• Collaborate closely with the General Superintendent and full project team
• Support additional large‑scale builds as the Myrtle Beach region continues to grow

The Successful Applicant

A Successful Structural Superintendent Should Have

• 10 years as a ground‑up Superintendent
• Open to strong APMs ready to step into a Superintendent role
• Experience with large‑scale structural work; not strictly multifamily
• Customer‑focused, professional, client‑facing demeanor
• Ability to manage complex high‑rise structural sequencing
