Description
- Supervise all phases of construction activities, from planning to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel to maintain efficient workflow and quality standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety protocols, building codes, and project specifications.
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to address challenges and implement solutions.
- Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, schedules, and progress updates.
- Monitor the use of materials and equipment to minimize waste and control costs.
- Foster clear communication among team members, ensuring alignment and understanding of project goals.
