Job Description

• Lead day‑to‑day field operations on large, ground‑up commercial projects with heavy structural scope.
• Oversee concrete, steel, and structural sequencing activities on complex builds.
• Coordinate subcontractors, inspectors, design teams, and ownership representatives.
• Manage site safety, quality control, logistics, and manpower planning.
• Partner closely with project management and senior field leadership to drive schedule adherence.
• Conduct daily site walks, weekly coordination meetings, and milestone planning sessions.
• Serve as a customer‑focused leader, representing the company professionally at all times.
• Mentor and lead Assistant Superintendents and field staff.
• Ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and company standards.

The Successful Applicant

A Successful Structural Superintendent Should Have

• 10 years of experience as a Superintendent on ground‑up commercial construction.
• Extensive experience with large‑scale or complex projects; high‑rise or mixed‑use experience strongly preferred.
• Strong background in structural work (concrete, steel, sequencing, foundations).
• Customer‑centric mindset with strong communication and leadership skills.
• Comfortable leading large field teams and coordinating multiple trades.
• Stable work history preferred.
• Not seeking candidates with strictly multifamily backgrounds; diverse commercial experience is ideal.
• Open to local projects with occasional travel, as needed.
