The Senior Project Manager role plays a critical leadership position within the Staunton operation, partnering closely with executives and project teams to drive successful outcomes.
Job Description
The Senior Project Manager is responsible for overseeing large‑scale commercial construction projects from early planning through final delivery.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Managing full project lifecycle for commercial projects valued from $10M to $200M
- Leading project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and cost control efforts
- Coordinating with owners, architects, engineers, and internal field teams
- Overseeing subcontractor procurement, contracts, and performance
- Ensuring projects meet quality, safety, and schedule expectations
- Supporting preconstruction activities and contributing to client presentations
- Mentoring and guiding Project Managers and project team members

The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- Approximately 5-15 years of commercial construction experience
- General Contractor (GC) background required
- Experience managing projects in education, healthcare, or science/technology is a strong plus
- Proven ability to lead large, complex projects and project teams
- Strong communication, leadership, and client‑facing skills
- Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and high‑value budgets
- Base salary range: $130,000 - $170,000, depending on experience
- Annual bonus program
- $850/month vehicle allowance for Project Managers
