Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Executive Housekeeping Manager to lead our housekeeping team. Duties
- Supervise daily housekeeping operations, including room cleaning, laundry, and public area maintenance
- Lead, motivate, and train housekeeping staff to deliver top-tier service with attention to detail
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and standards aligned with hotel policies and industry best practices
- Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment; place orders as needed
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public spaces to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met or exceeded
- Manage staff schedules, assign tasks efficiently, and oversee performance evaluations
- Enforce health and safety regulations related to custodial work and chemical handling
Requirements
- Proven supervising experience in housekeeping or janitorial management within a hotel or hospitality setting
- Strong management skills with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively
- Extensive knowledge of cleaning techniques, laundry processes, and custodial procedures
- Experience in commercial cleaning environments preferred
- Leadership qualities with excellent communication skills and a proactive approach
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction
- Previous hotel or hospitality industry experience is highly desirable
