Job Description
- Lead all onsite construction activities from groundbreaking through project completion
- Manage day-to-day field operations, subcontractors, vendors, and project schedules
- Coordinate and oversee tilt-wall construction activities while maintaining quality and safety standards
- Drive project milestones and ensure work is completed on time and within budget expectations
- Conduct subcontractor meetings and maintain strong communication with project stakeholders
- Collaborate closely with project management teams to resolve field challenges
- Monitor site safety and ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements
- Maintain high-quality standards across all phases of construction
- Travel throughout the Southeast region as project needs require
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, and project teams

The Successful Applicant
- Proven experience as a Superintendent on ground-up tilt-wall and/or light industrial construction projects
- Ability to lead large subcontractor teams and multiple project stakeholders
- Strong understanding of construction scheduling, safety, and quality control
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Willingness to travel throughout the Southeast
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to the Atlanta area
- Track record of successfully delivering projects from start to finish
- Competitive base salary up to $130,000, commensurate with experience

Salary : $110,000 - $135,000
