Job Description

• Lead all onsite construction activities from groundbreaking through project completion
• Manage day-to-day field operations, subcontractors, vendors, and project schedules
• Coordinate and oversee tilt-wall construction activities while maintaining quality and safety standards
• Drive project milestones and ensure work is completed on time and within budget expectations
• Conduct subcontractor meetings and maintain strong communication with project stakeholders
• Collaborate closely with project management teams to resolve field challenges
• Monitor site safety and ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements
• Maintain high-quality standards across all phases of construction
• Travel throughout the Southeast region as project needs require
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, and project teams

The Successful Applicant

• Proven experience as a Superintendent on ground-up tilt-wall and/or light industrial construction projects
• Ability to lead large subcontractor teams and multiple project stakeholders
• Strong understanding of construction scheduling, safety, and quality control
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Willingness to travel throughout the Southeast
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to the Atlanta area
• Track record of successfully delivering projects from start to finish
