Job Description
- Oversee day-to-day field operations from mobilization through project closeout
- Manage subcontractors, site logistics, and scheduling across multiple projects
- Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards
- Enforce job site safety and compliance at all times
- Coordinate closely with project managers, clients, and design teams
- Proactively identify and resolve field issues
- Handle site reporting, inspections, and punch list completion
The Successful Applicant
- 5 years of Superintendent experience in commercial construction
- Strong background in retail construction (ground-up and/or remodels)
- Experience managing multi-site or traveling projects
- Willingness to travel throughout the Southeast
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
