Job Description

• Supervise and manage daily on-site construction activities to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to maintain smooth project progress.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and regulations on-site.
• Oversee material deliveries and inventory to ensure availability of required resources.
• Conduct regular inspections to monitor project quality and compliance with design specifications.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients regarding project updates and progress.
• Address and resolve any on-site issues or challenges promptly.
• Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation and reports.

The Successful Applicant

A Successful Small Scale Commercial Superintendent Should Have

• 3-5 years of Superintendent experience.
• Proven ability to run your own jobs independently.
• Background in commercial construction (ground‑up or renovations).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Hands‑on, proactive field leadership style.
• Local to or familiar with the Upstate SC market preferred.
