Job Description
- Lead all onsite construction activities for a 32-story luxury high-rise condominium project
- Develop and manage project schedules in partnership with the Project Manager and Project Executive
- Coordinate manpower, equipment, subcontractors, and site logistics to maintain production goals
- Identify and execute pre-mobilization activities to ensure a successful project start-up

- 8 years of construction industry experience with a general contractor
- Proven experience leading high-rise residential or multifamily projects
- Strong knowledge of scheduling, contract administration, manpower planning, and field operations
- Experience managing luxury condominium or multifamily tower construction projects
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
