Job Description
- Manage punch list activities for luxury multifamily residential units and common areas
- Coordinate subcontractors to ensure timely completion of outstanding work
- Support the Lead Superintendent with daily field operations and project execution
- Track progress, quality, and closeout activities using construction management software

- 5-10 years of construction experience, ideally in multifamily projects
- Background in mid-rise or high-rise apartments, condominiums, or residential communities
- Experience managing punch list, closeout, or turnover activities
- Proficiency with Procore, Microsoft Excel, MS Project, or Primavera
- Experience with a general contractor or relevant subcontractor highly preferred
$95,000-$125,000 base salary performance bonus
