Job Description

• Oversee and manage daily construction site operations to ensure timely project completion.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams to maintain workflow efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards on-site.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and quality control measures.
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify and resolve potential issues.
• Communicate progress and updates to stakeholders and senior management.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
• Provide leadership and direction to on-site teams, fostering a collaborative environment.

• Proven experience in construction project management, specifically with large scale healthcare projects.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, safety standards, and quality control.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage on-site teams effectively.
• Ability to manage schedules, budgets, and multiple tasks simultaneously.
