Job Description

• Lead all onsite construction activities from mobilization through closeout.
• Oversee subcontractors, inspections, safety, quality control, and site logistics.
• Coordinate complex healthcare construction requirements, sequencing, and compliance.
• Partner closely with Project Management, senior field leadership, and ownership.
• Manage day‑to‑day schedule execution and manpower planning.
• Conduct daily jobsite walks, weekly coordination meetings, and safety reviews.
• Ensure strict adherence to drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Mentor and lead Assistant Superintendents and field coordinators.

The Successful Applicant

• Extensive experience as a Senior Superintendent on ground‑up healthcare or similarly complex projects.
• Background on projects typically ranging from $50M-$100M .
• Strong understanding of healthcare construction requirements, phasing, and inspections.
• Proven ability to lead large field teams in highly structured environments.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Stable work history preferred.
• Willingness to work full‑time onsite in Fayetteville, NC.
