Job Description
- Lead and manage all phases of construction projects, from planning to completion.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Oversee budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure cost-effective project execution.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project alignment and success.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and quality standards.
- Prepare and present project progress reports to senior management and clients.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during project execution.
- Mentor and guide junior team members to support their professional growth.
The Successful Applicant
- More than a decade of experience managing construction projects in a general contractor capacity
- Proven ability to successfully deliver large, complex projects across Life Sciences, Defense Light, Commercial, Academic (K-12 in Rhode Island), and Healthcare sectors
- Strong track record of controlling costs and keeping projects aligned with established schedules
- Accountable for leading teams while mentoring and developing staff to reach their full potential
- Competitive salary ranging from $150,000 to $210,000 USD.
