Job Description
- Manage ground-up commercial projects from preconstruction through close-out
- Oversee budgets, schedules, contracts, and change orders
- Partner closely with Superintendents to drive schedule and field execution
- Participate in proposals, bidding, and client communication
- Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers across multiple trades
- Maintain project documentation and financial reporting
- Conduct regular job site visits and support field teams
- Help mentor junior PMs and support long-term team development
The Successful Applicant
- 8 to 12 years of Project Management experience in commercial construction
- Proven ground-up project experience with full lifecycle ownership
- Strong understanding of multi-trade coordination and fast-track schedules
- Comfortable operating in a hands-on, non-corporate environment
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
- This role is not ideal for candidates who prefer highly segmented responsibilities or long, slow project cycles.
