We are partnering with a well-established, family-owned general contractor in Central Ohio to identify a Senior Project Manager looking to grow into an Executive-level role with strong ground-up commercial construction experience. Job Description

• Manage ground-up commercial projects from preconstruction through close-out
• Oversee budgets, schedules, contracts, and change orders
• Partner closely with Superintendents to drive schedule and field execution
• Participate in proposals, bidding, and client communication
• Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers across multiple trades
• Maintain project documentation and financial reporting
• Conduct regular job site visits and support field teams
• Help mentor junior PMs and support long-term team development

The Successful Applicant

• 8 to 12 years of Project Management experience in commercial construction
• Proven ground-up project experience with full lifecycle ownership
• Strong understanding of multi-trade coordination and fast-track schedules
• Comfortable operating in a hands-on, non-corporate environment
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
• This role is not ideal for candidates who prefer highly segmented responsibilities or long, slow project cycles.
