Job Description
- Manage all aspects of construction projects, including planning, execution, and completion.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Develop detailed project schedules and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
- Monitor project budgets and ensure financial objectives are met.
- Lead project teams, assigning tasks and ensuring accountability.
- Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure smooth execution.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards on-site.
- Prepare and present regular project updates to stakeholders and management.

The Successful Applicant
A Successful Senior Project Manager Should Have
- Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, is preferred
- 8 years of project management experience
- Experience with ground up construction projects is required
- Experience with commercial projects is required, with a preference for healthcare and industrial experience
- Proven expertise in managing construction projects within the business services industry.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills to oversee project teams effectively.
- Excellent communication abilities to engage with stakeholders and team members.
- Knowledge of construction safety regulations and industry standards.
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to handle challenges and deliver solutions.
- Competitive salary ranging from $130,000 to $200,000 annually (depending on experience).
