Job Description
- Manage all aspects of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, and execution.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met and expectations are exceeded.
- Oversee budgets and timelines to maintain project efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Lead project teams, providing guidance and support to achieve project goals.
- Prepare regular progress reports and communicate updates to all stakeholders.
- Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.
- Foster strong working relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.

The Successful Applicant
A Successful Project Manager Should Have
- Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, is preferred
- 6 years of project management experience
- Experience with ground up construction projects is required
- Experience with commercial projects is required, with a preference for healthcare and industrial experience
- Proven expertise in managing construction projects within the business services industry.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills to oversee project teams effectively.
- Excellent communication abilities to engage with stakeholders and team members.
- Knowledge of construction safety regulations and industry standards.
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to handle challenges and deliver solutions.
- Competitive salary ranging from $110,000 to $160,000 annually (depending on experience).
