Job Description
- Manage all phases of construction projects from planning to completion
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients
- Lead project meetings and ensure clear communication across teams
- Monitor progress and proactively resolve issues to avoid delays
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality expectations
- Oversee procurement and manage contracts and change orders
- Deliver projects on time, within scope, and to client satisfaction
The Successful Applicant
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction
- Strong understanding of construction processes, budgeting, and scheduling
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in project management software (Procore preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field is a plus
